Those that hang around me long enough (especially since leaving my last job) know that I am a big fan of self development. I try to learn from, at least in my opinion, the smartest people. People like Brian Tracy, Wayne Dyer, Neale Donald Walsch. They are not photographers, yet I still try to apply what I learn from them to my photography business.
Thats why when I started following Atlanta based photographer Zack Arias, I knew I had to learn from him. He tends not only to share his incredible work with the world, but also his genuine thoughts as they relate to life, family, money, and creativity. It is hard for me to put into words (funny how since moving to HK my English gets worse yet my Chinese is stagnant), but I’ll just get to the point.
The real motivation for this entry was the below video found at this Zack Arias blog post. If you learn something from Derrick, consider making a donation to him on Zack’s blog. I did.
