Stéphanie and James’ wedding in Hong Kong

The first time I saw James was in 2008 when he was performing “hand filter” jokes on the stage of Hong Kong’s TakeOut Comedy club. He was one of several awesome comedians that night serving up good old fashioned American humor. Little did I know that behind the funny man was an equally hilarious girlfriend named Stéphanie, and that they would eventually ask me to photograph their wedding which was last October. I also later learned that James is not only quite the romantic, but he does not easily shy away from public singing or lewd dancing.
You’ll see what I mean in the shots below from their wedding day, which conveniently started down the street from the studio in their Causeway Bay apartment before moving to the American Club in Tai Tam for the ceremony and banquet =)

Apple store Studio A opening in Causeway Bay
Studio A, a popular Apple reseller in Taiwan, recently celebrated the grand opening of its first Hong Kong store in Causeway Bay. Those that have ever geeked out with me over photography know that Mac runs through my veins (Apple’s Aperture for photo management, Dropbox on iPhone for quick galleries, etc). Needless to say I will be picking up lots of new toys from here!
Check it out if you are in the area, the address is Shop 101-102, Style House, Parklane Hotel, 310 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (its above IKEA).
Here are some interior shots of the store.

Sue and Rayne’s wedding in Hong Kong
Wow its been a long time since I’ve blogged. Where does the time go? I’m going to try to catch up on blogging starting back in January, with the wedding of Sue and Rayne.
Festivities began inside the bride’s family home in New Territories, before making our way to the beautifully sunlit King Huy Hall in Clear Water Bay for the marriage ceremony. The day ended with their banquet held upstairs at Lee Theatre in Causeway Bay.
